Coach K

Hey team, my name is Coach K. I am the owner and founder of Peak Performance Training Academy. I attended SUNY Plattsburgh where I competed in the NCAA World Series. I graduated with a B.S. double major in Fitness & Wellness Entrepreneurship and Coaching Psychology; as well as an M.S. in Exercise Science - Strength & Conditioning at George Washington University post grad. In 2012, I became a sports performance coach and developed the youth sports program at API, Inc. From working with athletes from the age of 5, Olympic athletes, professional athletes and World Champions combined with over 15 years of experience in certified sports performance, strength & conditioning and wellness coaching, I invest most of my time now working with amateur fighters looking for the next World Champion and specializing in building custom training systems for teams, corporate groups and organizations.
