Coach K

Hey team, my name is Coach K. I went to university in New York where I played softball and attended the NCAA World Series. I studied Fitness & Wellness Entrepreneurship and Coaching Psychology then post grad Exercise Science - Strength & Conditioning at George Washington University. I became a sport performance coach developing the youth sports program at API, Inc. and working with athletes from the age of 9 to World Champion titlest Immanuel Aleem. With over 15 years of experience in strength & conditioning, sports performance and wellness coaching, I invest most of my time now with amateur fighters looking for the next World Champion and specialize in building custom training systems for corporate groups and organizations providing fitness & wellness initiative programs.
